My book : A Year in my Fenland Kitchen

 

I am excited to announce that my book 'A Year in my Fenland Kitchen'

is soon to be published by Eyrie Press, a local independent publishers.

The book, which is written and photographed by myself, has 44 recipes based around the seasons.

The recipes are mainly plant-based, often using produce grown on the allotment and include snippets of life on plot 84b.
